Amat bagus utk jantung kerana mengandungi monounsaturated fat, lemak baik yg mampu menurunkan paras kolesterol.

Epal
Mengandungi vit.C, antioksida yg melindungi sel badan dari rosak

Beri biru
Phytonutrients di dalamnya boleh mencegah penyakit kronik seperti penyakit jantung, kencing manis dan kanser.

Brokoli
Juga mengandungi phytonutrients.

Bayam
Tinggi kandungan vit.A, C dan folate.
